Why don't you research it? Don't you have a book? It should be in there. Or search the internet...have you really not thought of that?

It took me 2.5 seconds to find the answer on Google.

...but I'm not going to tell you what that answer was.

typical or atypical

well, if I remember, T9 is proto-typical because it is in between T8 and T10, which are the only convex ones.

SXY,

It's not mean to suggest that someone finds out for themselves.

I'm sure you didn't find five different answers either. It's either of the two you mentioned so don't exaggerate. I found five different sites that all have the same answer in 10 seconds. I'm sure you can too.

It really shocks me on these forums how rude some of the replies to people are.

@epsilonbj-thank you that one seemed to come up most commonly but i'd never heard of it before

@bikerbabii-Actually it did come up with five different answers on more than just five sites i checked like 30 of them...in different variables it came up with atypical, typical, prototypical, convex and concave so i wasnt exaggerating in the slightest

thanx all

I was in no way being mean with my first post, which is why I also posted the link with the answer. I think everyone was saying was that before coming here for homework help, she should have tried google a bit longer. After all, most of us found her answer within a few seconds. She could have had her answer in less time it took her to make her post here. If she got a page that gave her 5 different answers, she should have kept looking. I found it on the bottom of the first page google brought up. In fact, I didn't even have to click the link. Google is a wonderful tool for homework, but sometimes you have to use it properly, or learn to use it properly. Which is what anyone was really saying here. Learn. It is her homework after all. I use the exact same approach with my kids. Instead of coming to me for an easy answer, I make them use the computer themselves to research things and find answers. I do not believe anyone here was being mean to her at all, just pointing out that the answer was easy to find.

Post 3, 4 and 5 were :)

I found at least 5 different answers as well. I sort of knew the answer, but I wanted to make sure. Google is great, but sometime,s it gives -personal facts- instead of real ones. I found a few papers about it, but they were all different.

I got confused too, and I would of asked.

OP, next time you need homework help, and cant find it through google, try looking for a different forum place..somehwere more geared to homework. Maybe your college has one? You would find more support there. :)

And good luck with that course...it'll keep you on your toes. :P

@foof i wasnt at all looking for an easy answer i didnt get five answers on one page i got five different answers from like thirty different pages i was looking for the answer for more than a day and finally decided that i needed more help then the internet was giving me

@fiesty blonde the college doesnt have one i've already checked a couple times just to be sure

I also asked a couple class mates if they knew and they all got a bit confused too so maybe it was left out of the notes on purpose and we will be taking it another day but thank you for all ur suggestions....

I was being mean? or rude?

Yes, you are all so right.

I'm such a jerk for suggesting someone with a question about their homework, figure it out themselves.

Wow, if I was any more horrible perhaps I'd suggest she not even use Google and actually go to a library and look at books...anyone remember books? They're what you had to use before Google...

I agree KCE you should only start redundant, whiny, or attention seeking threads.

I agree, people can be very rude. I saw a math question posted not too long ago and didn't see any rude responses.

Good God, give me a break. There are NICE ways to give people advice or suggest they search for the answer on their own. I will never understand rudeness. But this is a perfect example of how you can learn a lot about people simply from reading their responses in a thread.

If you need help, email me and I will more than happy to help you as much as I can or give you some ideas for excellent homework sites for anatomy classes.

thanx lilblond thats very nice of you but from the sounds of people here i will just wait for my class on monday to ask the teacher about it because even with asking here and ppl writing they are giving me just as many responses as my search lol i appreciate that they did take the time to respond though even with some of the harsher responses i am just going to assume they had the best intentions in mind even if it seemed rude

lol, i'll remember to never post a help question here. I love how everyone that thought they were so smart to use google all came back with different answers thus making their assumed point completely moot.

in this case you made an assumption and made a complete ass out of yourselves. GJ
