| What will you miss about Summer?
Posted: 9/17/2006 1:45:27 PM | Well this is the last weekend of Summer and I for one will miss it. I love how everything is so alive, the green grass, the flowers, the leaves on the trees especially and how much happier everyone seems to be. But only 9 mths and it will be back again!  | |

I'll miss camping, but I might get into winter camping yet! I do love the Autumn, however, so I won't miss summer too much, until Winter hits. | |

Posted: 9/17/2006 2:55:43 PM |  ......what a sad thread.I will miss the clothes on the line,and my windows open. Beer is always better on the deck,and like Tia said,people are more likely to get together when the sun is shining.
It is already getting darker earlier,and I will soon need to turn my headlights on to get to work in the morning
One more thing.....I just got oil and it cost 700$ to fill my tank. | |

It was nice to see that tons of people rebelled, and many parked their cars outside the entrance, and walked in with beer, firewood, food, swim suites and towels! Oh and dogs. My little lady got to meet several interesting breeds today! | |

I spent most of the summer in the hospital and the rest getting better...so i am eager for NEXT summer..but i really wanna put this stupid one behind...
but one think i love about summer that i will miss..is diving into a cold lake/ocean on a hot hot day...its the best feeling ever! | |

I'm also really sad that the camping weather is over. seeing all my friends and colleques who are around for the summer season.
all the travel i get to do.
not having to come into the office on a regular basis.
but autumn has always been my favorite time of year, so there's lots to look forward to the next few months! | |
