And they dont really state in their profiles what they are really looking for. So, I'm just going to post this and see what happens. If your real, let it be known. Could it be that I, too, ride a motorcycle? Despite my age I am NOT wanting to hold hands and take romantic walks, and sit in a rocker. I want to hike and ride! As the Uppity Blues Women sing, "Age aint nothin' but a number".
I've only had luck meeting someone who likes to go and do, from this general area on Y*H**. Too bad we don't have an active POF group like Richmond and Tidewater.

I am definitely real. We all should try to have a singles forum get-together or something of that nature, maybe a singles happy-hour or something. There has got to be a good way for singles to meet. I would be willing to try and set up some gatherings, for singles, such as happy hours and such, if there are any souls who are genuinely interested in offering me a hand in this. Serious inquiries only. There are some new and interesting parties that I was reading about , for singles to meet each other. Yes, they are legitimate, and do not involve sex encounters. We need a get together meeting or something, in the Roanoke, Salem area. Any suggestions? Let me hear it!!

Posted: 11/11/2009 3:16:44 AM | I hear you!! I have been chatting with several from Roanoke/ Salem/ Rocky Mt area and looks like the majority just wants 2 PLAY GAMES. They will lead you on and then snub you. I want to meet some people. That's the reason I am on here. A guy friend of mine who lives at the lake said he quit POF, because nobody wanted to meet. I had one guy to even stand me up -- I could've had other dates!! That messed up my evening and I ended up doing nothing because canceled on other dates. I have met some very fine men out of state -- they don't play games as much.and worth the drive!!  | |
