Are you always on time?
Never late?
Or do you always show up late?
But always in fashion, so fashionably late

It depends. Work and appointments I'm always on time. Ok, I'm the freak who shows up with an hour to kill. I used to be late for everything though.

My father was one who was late. The ONLY time he was ever on time for work was one time when the clocks changed and he didn't realize it. The one thing I wanted for his funeral was for it to start late, just because that was so him.

i don't know how fashionable i am - but one's fashion was dictated by tardiness.....i would be gucci or maybe D&G

Plus i'm half east indian...rule of thumb with "us"... for the most part...30 minutes late - is on time for us...tastefully so:P

Haha. This thread could have been written for me.

I am always at least 30 minutes late.

My friends say I have my own time zone.

Yeah there is Atlantic Time and then there is Polly time....I'm usually a half hour behind.

I get sidetracked a lot when I'm getting ready.

Dead On Time

Fool always jumpin' never happy where you land
Fool got my bus'ness make your living where you can
Hurry down the highway
Hurry down the road
Hurry past the people starin'
Hurry hurry hurry hurry

Leave on time, leave on time
Never got your ticket but you leave on time
Leave on time, leave on time
Gonna get your ticket, but you leave on time
Leave on time, leave on time
Put it in your pocket but you never can tell

Leave on time, leave on time
Shake that rattle gotta leave on time
Leave on time, leave on time
Fight your battle but you leave on time
Leave on time, leave on time
Never got a minute no you never got a minute
no you never never got oh no matter

Fool got no bus'ness hangin' round and tellin' lies
Fool you got no reasons but you got no compromise
Stampin' on the ceilin' hammering on the walls
Gotta get out gotta get out gotta get
Oh you know I'm goin' crazy

Leave on time, leave on time
Gotta get ahead but you leave on time
Leave on time, leave on time
Gotta head on ahead but you leave on time
Leave on time, leave on time
You're runnin' in the red but you never can tell

Honey honey where's my money where's my money
Wanna get away wanna get away
Leave ya leave ya leave ya

Leave on time leave on time
Gotta get rich gonna leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
But you can't take it with you when you leave on time

Leave on time leave on time
Got to keep yourself alive gotta leave on time
Gotta leave on time leave on time
Dead on time

Exactly, or as some would say barely, on time usually, sometimes early. Of course, on occasion, I'm late.. but I hate being late so I try to be on time.

I think its just when getting ready I schedule enough time for best case scenarios only. But some catastrophe usually ensues.

My rule is to be 15 minutes early for everything..but there are times when I screw up the timing for things(driving places) and end up a few minutes late..but that is rare.

Always on time, I hate being late, I despise when others are late even more so.

"fashionably late", this term which was no doubt a cause of the typical woman, just chokes me off. "Oh sorry I'm late, I had to let my nails dry while I was doing my hair" ......ugh........

I believe the term "fashionably late" has more to do with not being the first to arrive at a party or function. But blame it on women if it makes you feel superior.

I am generally on time unless something unavoidable happens.

yes typical, I wasn't stating an assumption, only a fact that most males can relate to, sorry to ruffle your feathers if you think it doesn't apply to you. Women have their "typical" assumptions on men too. maybe more....

Anyways.....have a nice day.

freakishly, disturbingly, depressingly on time. preferably early.
people who are more relaxed about time stress me out - but I am working on it. Hard.
People who use "ish" when talking about time need to know that is NOT what einstein meant when he said that time was "relative"!

I am always on time for everything. I hate to be late...really burns my ass when metro transit is not on time and makes me late as a result.

I'm on early when it comes to prematu- uhm......let me start over

I'm almost always early, except for work....then I'm almost always dead on time. But then there are those days where I reach for the wonderful snooze button and end up hitting something else in my dreamy haze and turns it off.
