| So.... Do you still dress up for Halloween? Posted: 10/1/2006 6:04:29 AM | Whether or not it's to go to a party, or to go trick or treating with your kids (if this applies to you), do you get in costume because somewhere there is the kid still lurking inside you?
I have a picture of my in last years costume - I went to a party at my favorite watering hole - many people thought it looked pretty cool considering it was a wedding dress from 9 years ago that had cost over $900.
My thought was that since I would probably never wear it again, I might as well put some good use to it, so I did :-) My friend and I had a blast trying to dye this thing as it has a six foot long train on it.
So back to the question... Do you still dress up for Halloween?

| So.... Do you still dress up for Halloween? Posted: 10/1/2006 12:13:05 PM | | All the time. As a FX make-up artist, I love halloween!!! It gives me the chance to show my stuff, and explore new creations. I also find halloween to be quite erotic in the sense that people tend to be more open with who they are while in a costume (an oxymoron). Halloween Rocks! | |

| So.... Do you still dress up for Halloween? Posted: 10/1/2006 4:18:32 PM | We dress up every year in my office -- bring in treats and always have a lot of fun. Our students get a real kick out of it. I usually decorate my house -- spiders and cobwebs and other scarey things and I wear a costume to hand out candy to trick or treaters too. Who says Halloween is just for kids? | |

| So.... Do you still dress up for Halloween? Posted: 10/2/2006 7:25:25 PM | I will dress up this year for the first time since my early 20's. It took me this long to come up with a costume idea I like- I get to be a succubus this year. Its all the fault of Victoria's Secret and that damned corset I had to have.
Rainman- wish you were here for makeup ideas! | |

| So.... Do you still dress up for Halloween? Posted: 10/2/2006 8:50:44 PM | ..I dress up for Halloween every year, its a lot of fun, all the planning and trying to come up with new costume ideas every year. All of my co-workers all dress up at work as well. Last year one of the contractors came into the office to see me and I was painted green and sitting at my desk in a witches costume with my teeth all blacked out. He said he couldn't have a serious conversation with me looking like that. That evening, I hand out candies at my door. I'm a big kid when it comes to Halloween and Christmas.

| So.... Do you still dress up for Halloween? Posted: 10/4/2006 12:00:18 PM | | I have to admit - I dress up in costume every year. Usually it's just to sit home and watch DVD's, but I explain it away by telling myself that it is in case any trick or treaters come to the door. | |

| So.... Do you still dress up for Halloween? Posted: 10/4/2006 1:17:49 PM | Every year!!! Halloween parties are a blast - especially since it brings most people out of their everyday 'shell' - it's like going to a masquerade ball....... I highly recommend it...... plus - who wants to have to grow up that much.....pretending is awesome.... | |
