Don't be daft. If you are a police officer, you are apt to face dangerous situations in thousands of cities in the US and Canada. You go in armed, and often with a f*ck of a lot more than just a sidearm.,
I would love to see you stroll down a ghetto street in say..Detroit, NYC, LA, Atlanta or Miami. Jesu! Cops in these towns wear body armor! Every damn day.
Body armor is HOTT! (just ask my friends on the greater Atlanta metro cop force who asked me last June to find them a solution to physical overheating while wearing their 50+lb protective suits in the hot sultry southern summer sun...)

but I agree that the uniforms are usually not very flattering
and would probably not do much for me?

Posted: 10/31/2006 9:39:58 PM | I was in the Air Force in my heyday, and dated a civilian, though at the time where i was based (a town called Wagga Wagga), the Air Force was not very much liked by the people of the town. Guess it doesn't have the same effect as a firefighter or cop somehow!  | |

Posted: 11/1/2006 12:20:29 AM | Women in uniform are hott and it really has nothing to do with the clothing.They just exude confidence and for the most part are very brave,many go into a situation unarmed that would be dangerous if you were in a tank. One of the bravest women that I know worked as a UC going into crack houses and buying drugs, she had little to no back-up since she was kept secret from almost the whole department. The uniforms themselves are mainly cut for the male physique' and are made to look professional not sexy. Wearing body armor conceals the figure even more. I love lady cops,thet are great lovers, and they can take care of themselves, they understand the stressesof the job and if the situation goes to sh!t, they're there to protect your back. They've made a committment to be protectors,what's not sexy about that?   | |

To me..there is NOTHING sexy about a mail carrier's uniform. Especially when I'm all hot and sweaty. Maybe it's the fact that I wear the skirt and not the pants?..lol | |
