I myself only look for non smokers and my choices are very limited particularly because I go out to watch bands and so many girls in the clubs smoke.

in the same respect y cant you respect them and let them smoke?
now i am no longer a smoker my self but its a hard time going more then an hour with out a smoke. my advice you you is deal with it or dont date girls that smoke. if you want to find a girl that dosn't smoke try searching for none smoking chat rooms or somthing of the likes on google | |

I won't smoke around them and if they are in my house, i go into another room and smoke and then go brush my teeth. if we're out in public all day, i will have a puff here or there and chew gum all day if they are ok with that. If not, no smoking during the date and I smoke a ton when I get home.
it's hard, annoying, but i respect their wishes of me not having to smoke.
now i've learned just to date smokers, so much easier. | |

It's not my place to tell the person I'm dating not to smoke just as much as it's not their place to tell me to smoke. It's a personal choice I made long ago, plain and simple. I would have missed out on some remarkeable women if I refused to date a smoker.

I alway made sure that anyone I dated knew I smoked before dating them. If they didn't like it then they did not have to go out with me. I no longer smoke but if I was to date any one now I'd prefer a smoker any time over a non smoker. I find that smokers are much more layed back and relaxed. | |

Of course I do think its funny when im on my way into a bar and always think there is a huge line outside of it, then realize its just a bunch of people smoking. | |

As an ex-smoker I enjoy kissing women who smoke. And now that I have written that, it is so wacked.

He reminds me of Chandler on friends about smoking.

Yes I do respect the fact that you do not smoke & I do not smoke around you for that reason. Give a break! I sure I could find at least one nasty habbbit that you have that I would just hate. Like whinning about smokers. We all people. We just enjoy different things. I happen to enjoy that cigarette after a good long hour or two of sex!
