That's what makes life so interesting. We all have something to contribute in life. And just cuz I don't agree with someone doesn't mean I think they are stupid.
Now if a gentleman couldn't carry on a conversation with me I would chalk it up to having found nothing in common yet. Certainly not stupid.
I don't even think that word is in my vocabulary for anything.

I AM, however, guilty of cutting men a LOT of slack when it comes to their being responsible for their own actions. Unfortunately, I was raised in a household where Mom took responsibility for everything and Dad was excused for all manners of pretty horrific behaviour on the basis he was "just a man". I brought that attitude into my own marriages.....I was the "responsible adult" and the husbands were never held accountable, but just lumped into an infants and dogs kind of category.
I am better now....no more Wendy for me....and no more mothering the "Lost Boys"....but I still find myself occasionally thinking "oh well, he can't really help it, he's just a man". *sigh* | |

I also believe guys must think women are stupid....that they think we don't know what they are up to....and really THAT's just stupid! LOL We can figure things out just by how you're behaving...
I agree with one of the above posts about men being stronger than iron but more fragile than a rose....... That summed it up nicely. I think it's great when a guy will share his feelings with you on his own accord...rather than having to ask or push or pry (like some of us women tend to do lol). | |

Posted: 11/24/2006 5:09:04 PM | I'm not guilty of thinking all men are stupid but I do have this annoying habit that I am trying to break. I'll say things like "Did you look the door", "Did you turn off the lights", stuff like that. It's not that he's stupid, it's more that I'm a worry-wart.
I try to be conscious of those questions as much as I can...but I still slip up at times and ask the obvious questions.
