in a large bowl mix together
1 cup of peanut butter 1 cup of rice crispies 1 cup of icing sugar 1 cup of chocolate chips 3 tsps of butter
mix well with your hands until everything sticks togather well then roll into 1 inch balls then roll in icing sugar and put into freezer, keep frozen until day to serve | |

| PEANUT BUTTER BALLS Posted: 12/21/2006 1:44:55 PM | Yeah, similar to the recipe I have, but you freeze the balls without rolling them in icing sugar.
Try melting some chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate squares with butter and add a bit of grated paraffin wax then rolling the balls to make the chocolate shiny and set.
Set in fridge on wax paper. Keep in fridge or freezer.. Yummy :) | |
