| Birmingham Xmas Bash success
Posted: 12/17/2006 1:42:01 AM | If you made it to the Birmingham POF Xmas bash last night (sat 16dec) ...then your xmas got off to a great start... over 350 people attended, the concensus was..all had a fab time.
Congratulations, to Miss_BBW (Lannie) and her team, Jadd, Mike Bradley, Pants on Fire and Posh Vic (apols if I have missed anyone), for yet another superb evening.
The entrance format was slightly different this time, required a few minutes of queueing but all seemed to understand the need to ensure those that had signed up got in.
Me, I had a great time, meeting up with pals old and new, oh yes, I apologise for my dancing, if I barged you off the dance floor, I swear, its my dyslexic feet they do not understand a word I tell them.
Already looking forward to the next one..

Yet another brilliant night and an enjoyable evening had by all, a HUGE well done to Laine and her team who put on yet another superb event
It was lovely meeting up with friends old and meeting new ones who i hope to see again
Looking foreward already to the next one!
Again congratulations, well done and THANK you to Miss BBW and everyone else who made the night go so superbly and smoothly

I was a little concerned about you all when I heard on the news at 2 this morning that "thousands of fish had a lucky escape tonight in Birmingham..." Turned out they were talking about Brum Sea Life Centre and a major powercut in the city centre. Happy to see you weren't affected and had a brilliant night.

Posted: 12/17/2006 4:50:03 AM | yes another fantastic night and nomdeplume's humour definitely cheered us up waiting outside- the girls may have been cold in the little that some of them were wearing but what they were wearing gave some of us guys a warm feeling!
good to catch up with a few old friends (in time of knowing them not their ages i mean!) and made a couple of new friends too.
the music really made the evening - well worth the entrance fee - mind you cant go wrong with a bit of slade at a chrsitmas bash!
hope there arent too many sore heads today
look forward to seeing the pictures

just walked back in the door
what a fab night even had a stroll round birmingham with my very own stormtrooper but we still didnt find anywhere to eat
but were stopped by lots of little boys in grown mens skin asking for a picture with him, this included doormen and policemen!!!!!!!!!! need i say anymore
had a fantastic night and to anyone i didnt talk to (about 300) i hope you had a fab time to
see you all next yr

Posted: 12/17/2006 9:01:09 AM | Well just got 8in myself after a great5 weekend and the best yet Birmingham meet thanks lain pants mike jadd wizardmon and all the rest who helped out on the night was a lovely night but that's it for me no more dressing up l8ike that had my boob bite my ass felt endless time and thought now i am with a new man its time to dress wright lol well believe that you will believe ant thing ,
the pics were co9stumes were great the people even better and i can not wait to see the fantastic pics took on the night .i will be sending the few i have to miss b b w a s a p again thank you aqain for making this a great night hope to see you all at the next one in Feb if me and my other half can make it haha x | |

Posted: 12/17/2006 10:39:07 AM | Ta muchly for a good night out to all the organisers. It was a bit overwhelming to see so many new faces. I await the pic's with only a little trepidation, I want to see if my badly behaved brother managed to blag his way in again.
I managed to meet up with some people who I hadn't run into at Manchester, and got to say "hi again" to some I had.
I can't believe how long the que for taxis was at 03:30, or how cold it was. Just our luck to find a driver who could get lost, it was quite a tour, I'm sure we had glimpses of the angel of the north, the millenium wheel and the Severn Bridge. | |
