Backstory:
I've been seeing this girl as a booty call for awhile. She keeps talking about a relationship I avoid it like the black death.
So the other night I meet up with her at her place. Stuff happens, I go to the bathroom after and put the condom in the trash and walk out of the room. Now, I walk back in (I forgot to wash my hands) and *POW* there she is with the condom inside out, up in her.
Hell, I freaked right the F out and left.
So here's my question:
What would you have done?
Also, I'm looking into what legal grounds I have but I can't get a straight answer, any advice?
And No I don't want to be a father to her **stard kid and I won't pay her anything. | |

On the other hand , if she was pregnant with your baby, and paternity proved it, by law you would have to pay....sorry to break it to ya...how are you ging to prove that story??? No court's gonna believe you---how many guys have tried that???
Anyway, chances are slim she got pregnant that way--maybe she already was, and was planning to try and make you think it's yours

If someone is under duress when signing a contract that contract is null and void. If she is pregnant with my kid how is this still legal?
I suspect that this thread is just a re-telling of an urban myth that's been around for awhile.

Dont forget this one major factor... if she does become pregnant... this isnt the childs fault. Calling it a **stard isnt cool... nor is not playing a positive role in its life. If she is... be a man about it and step up to the plate.
In the meantime, think twice about booty calls with women who have a thing for you. If you knew she had feelings and wanted more, what the hell were you thinking by banging her on occasion anyway?

The legal doctrine that trumps is the "Best Interests of the Child" thus deceit, fraud, misrepresentation, etc. by the mother are all irrelevant.
All that matters is that a child was born and that child requires financial support.
If the financial support does NOT come from the father it comes from the State so you can understand why it is the father that will pay.
During law school in the mid-80's, I wrote a lengthy paper entitled "Reluctant Peternity: Who's Stickin' it to Whom?" [got a B+] where I tried my best to make an argument that the father in these cases should NOT pay if the mother is wealthy enough so the child is NOT raised in poverty.
Look at the case of the real life Frank Serpico -- yes the one that the movie was based on.
He was lied to and impregnated a woman in NY. The 1st level court said he must pay. The 2nd said he didn't. The top NY court said he did.
I don't believe the legal precedent has evolved in your favour since.
Hopefully, the spermicide in your condom killed the little swimmers. Otherwise, it is still unlikely they survived the temperature change in any event.
I suggest you flush the condoms after use -- plumbing be damned -- or simply get a "V" like I did. | |
