| Just what does "the timing was right" mean? Posted: 1/12/2007 12:40:47 PM | | I've heard it from one of my sisters and a couple of my platonic female friends. When asked why they married Sir Doofus from Loserville, they replied that the timing was right. Each of the women is street smart, one with a good job, the other two professionals with careers, but when asked why they ended up with their dipstick husbands, they all replied that the timing was right. As it turns out, they are all now divorced. What does it mean to you? Settling instead of finding a true love? Biological clock chiming? Family pressure? Does it mean that one would have stayed single except for this "timing" thing? Talk to me! | |

i know that the "feeling" was right for me , and the timing just falls into place.

It's a justification of one's own knob-like behavior. I, for one, have never said anything like this. Except for that bit in my profile, but that's just because I like to talk about robots.
well unless my sweet and sexy C-note say yes yes yes
Where am I saying this? Are we naked? | |
