Posted: 4/8/2005 1:21:05 PM | | I've not really had the best experiences on these dating sites myself... it's funny, I take plenty of time to emphasize that I'm a great guy, I'm an intellectual, I'm not some dumb jock or nitwit or something, yet for one I never seem to get any replies from women I email who I could potentially see as an equal, and when I DO get email it's from women who can barely form a legible sentence, who barely seem to be able to read or write english, or who, I'm sorry, are just downright physically not my type... I'm slender, I mean yeah I understand big girls need love too but shouldn't they be lookin' for big guys? I've even been open minded enough to date some big girls before and frankly it's just awkward when you can't even get your arm all the way around someone when you're watchin a movie or something... I'm a slim, smart and funny guy, why don't I get approaches or responses from slim, smart and funny women? Those are the ones I match up with! | |

Call me picky, superficial, whatever... but... I like to feel like he's wrapped around me when he hugs me, not the other way around... mind you... don't want to disappear in there either. The ones I email first most of the time end up being less than interesting, but it's ok. They generally have fantastic looks to get them by for the rest of their 30's anyway. | |
