I'm for unisex bathrooms anyway, and I have no inherent problem with cross dresser, so I would say that nothing would change as far as I am concerned. I have had a few close friends that I would consider to be family that were cross dressers.

Actually, in this case it's a him who's dressed like a "her". Just found out about "him" after working with "him" for a year. Should have known.. what a surprise LOL !!!
