It turns out you have to click on accounts, and then there's a small "email us" icon.
I'm preparing to write the BBB and could use your help did you see anywhere on the site about the 7 day money back guarantee? I only found out about the policy when I tried to cancel after 10 days. I tried 3 different days until I finally found their contact by googling "eHarmony complaints".
[I know that in my province there's a 7 day money back guar. for fitness clubs, only because I got pressured to sign a contract when I was younger -- they told me they wouldn't process it until I phoned back to confirm I wanted to go through with it...stupid me, huh. Then I heard the province had set up that policy for all fitness contracts because of the many high pressure sales complaints. So maybe eHarm's guarantee is a California state thing.
