Then you see them kissing and smooching their dogs it's so disgusting. Does this bother anyone else or is it just me? It's like if you kissed your dog and then kissed me your dog has stuck his nose in other dogs' butts so I am pretty much kissing dog butt. So gross. | |

I personally don't really like it when animals lick my face, and that goes for my two cats, although I will let them get away with a wee bit of licking, say on my cheek, sometimes. If they try to lick my mouth or anywhere near my mouth I'll move them away. That's kinda gross. | |

dogs have cleaner mouths than us even though it may not seem like it.
so kissing your dog is better than kissing your woman...lol.
so many people will say this is soooo gross, but put a pup in many peoples arms and they just dont seem to care being licked all over the face, even if one accidentally gets on your lips | |

I don't care if their animals have licked their face, mouth, hands whatever. Animal's saliva is so clean compared to human's.
I don't let them lick my face because it is gross to have any saliva on my face - even if it were healthy....but I would not dismiss a person from my life for it. Unless it is the person licking my face - yuck. No animals or people licking my face thank you.
They can wash up. Also, once playing, and petting with an animal - they better wash before wanting to touch my pink parts...and face. | |

I've seen people letting their dogs lick their Popsicle and then finishing it... Now thaaaaaaaaaaat's gross!
I don't like to let animals lick my face and kissing them on the mouth and stuff like that grosses me out as well but to each their own... I don't know if I'd let her kiss me directly afterwards though???
Did you know that a dog's mouth is cleaner than your own? Letting a dog lick your wounds fastens the healing, they have some kind of antibiotics in there saliva or something.

And if one is the type to pick up strangers for one-night-stands, God knows where her mouth, or your genitals, have been...Can't say I'd want to be on the giving *or* receiving end there ;)

One day, I stopped by, as usual, and was invited in for a bit, to get out of the cold, before the long walk. My buddy, who will remain nameless, called out to his poodle "Pepper". The dog came to him and, my nameless buddy, allowed the dog to lick the inside of his mouth. He did this in plain view. It made me want to puke...
On a lighter note, and to change the topic a bit, and hopefully, remove that visual for you...
Why do dogs lick their nuts?

I do however agree that one should pick up after their animal in a public place. I will take an animal lover over a non animal lover any day of the week though. Ok let me stipulate that... you can love your animal just don't LOVE your animal, bestiality is not cool. :P

I have two wonderful doggies. I give them kisses all the time. There is no tongue involved from me. I just give them little kisses on their face. In return, they lick my face. It is not bad as it is a proven scientific fact that a dog mouth is actually cleaner than ours(Mythbusters had a great episode on this). I will not share a spoon with my dog or let him lick out of my plate though. Nothing wrong with kissing your dog.

Chances are anyone you are sexually active with has been sexually active with others in the past. You don't think about that when kissing them do you? I can see it now... she used to date Bob and I have seen them kissing... OMG I can taste bob's tongue on her!

I also let my dog lick me sometimes, but she'll lick my hands or sometimes a little lick on the cheek (although if you're sleeping, she'll sometimes jump on you and try to slobber your whole face, that is gross). I know my dogs mouth is probably cleaner than some of the things I've put in my mouth, but I still just can't get over people who will share food, utensils or wet kisses with their dogs, after watching them lick themselves for an hour, or sniff another dogs butt.... it's just yuck ... | |
