Posted: 2/13/2007 10:22:48 PM | Pantyhose are evil. I have to wear them when I perform. They are really quite expensive to wear daily, since they seem to be made of gossamer. The average pair of L'eggs is at least $3.00. They are too hot and they itch like poison ivy. My parts like a cool breeze. They also contribute to yeast infections. I much prefer stockings and garters, or the thigh high ones that stay up by whatever mysterious means. Now they make panty hose that look like garters, those are ok.
hehehe, have you ever tried wearing one of those things? they are a pain ... although I agree, very sexy ...
For the women that were complaining that they are uncomfortable, you are not getting good ones that fit right. Stockings are also far more economical, a fact which is often overlooked. When you get a run in one, you can still wear the other one with a new one. Once a pair of pantyhose has a run, it's trash.
There is no comparison.

Posted: 2/14/2007 9:30:13 AM | Personally, I usually wear jeans, or shorts in the summer. No need for hosiery. However, when I DO dress up, my preference is for stockings, not hose. Way more comfortable, and economical, and sexy!
I always thought that it was stockings that men preferred...thigh highs, garter belts, etc. That's the feedback I've gotten from my male friends, as well as the impression I've gotten in general. Is this stereotype wrong? | |
