| Sound Effects Posted: 4/14/2005 12:33:56 AM | When I watch a Kung Fu movie, I snicker when I hear their hands make that cracking the wind sound.
But it seems that we accept it in American movies when there's a fight and someone gets punched on the chin and you hear a slapping sound. I've seen enough real fights and have never heard that slapping sound when someone gets punched. It's more like a thud.
Do you notice there's a made-up sound when you watch an American fight scene? It annoys the hell out of me. | |
