| "In Love One Must Never Dispair!"
Posted: 2/20/2007 6:37:06 PM | I am thinking,,,that we are all here for our own specific reasons, whether that be to meet great friends,,,or maybe a love of our life,,all are reaching or searching for something. Many may be unsure what,,,or even why. It was an idea that I have pondered for a long , long time. I would enjoy hearing from all of you here, as to your emotion, sincerity, feelings, poetry, prose, deepheld and forthcoming words on this large important subject. As I feel many here, spend a great deal of time , depth, and decision to what and why , they are here.
Please feel free to share your words, with all. No one is excluded, and no one is irrevelent.
 
Just a short poem,,,to get it off to a start. Remember, we all choose our road in life, no one knows exactly why, except ourselves. Maybe we even have a hard time understanding why, we do what we do,,,sometimes regarding relationships.
In love, one must never despair. One thinks it is dead , one thinks it is extinguished, devestated everything, that it has left only ashes; and then comes a passerby , a traveler who, with the end of his whip, makes a spark come out of the hearth which was believed to be dead. Throw a few dried leaves , a bundle of wood over it, and in ten minutes the fire will be as brilliant as it was yesterday.

I was once a very independet,,,,woman.
I have been every since.
Life has made me see that....
Life is life,,,,you get what you give.
I give all,,,I can,,,,
when is my turn?
when do I get any back?
when do I see the rainbow,,,?
The rainbow after the storm?
I am seeing it ,,,every day.
In every way.
It comes in different packages.
It never comes in a boquet of roses.
Never in a big present,
nor a trip.
It comes daily from friends,
that have enlightend me,
enspritend me,
given me a reason to,
behold,
the love,
the happiness ,
of just being.
I feel them so much.
They are hearts,
I would love to touch.
As in any dream,
you just want to scream!
If not for you ,
I would be so blue!
So never ending love,,,
is sent from above.
It is not always,,,,
a sweety,,,,
but , for more,
a friend,,,,

To not have to deal with the drama.

enjoy not having to see us cry.

I remember a ride to work one morning,
a slowdown at the red light.
I looked in your direction, your gaze, was hard to fight.
Then simply as the light turned green,
off we drove to our place.
Once a man helped me with a tire, on the highway.
He was very kind, and very smiling,
off we drove again, no names.
How many times, has this happened to us?
Like a passenger,,,looking out from a bus?
If only time , would slow down and keep,
