Here's a little something else to " Kick up a Notch " ! depending on your ' fix' !

To sweeten it even more and really make it come alive... add a 1/2 cup of marsh mallows into the mix or chopped up snicker bars, covering it up as much as possible ...
before it even go's back into the oven....after it has come out of the oven ....sprinkle with 1/2 cup of marsh mallows, pop ot back into the oven for 3 - 5 minutes keep watching it as it's in there....take out as soon as it all been melted...top off with chocolate sauce and chopped roasted nuts...

I made 50 lbs. of this for a party along with other desserts and dips...

These sound heavenly!! Can't wait to try them.

Do you happen to have a recipe for cake brownies? My guy likes the cake kind better than the fudge ones.
Thanks. V

To a great extent the flabour is a function of the quality of the chocolate. Bakers chooclate actually isn't that bad, but, if you can find it, Lindt 99% cocoa solids chocolate is a big step above. They make an 85% which is almost as good and harder to find yet is the Ecuadoran one.

Turns out there's two species of cocao, the original one grows only in Ecuador and accounts for only 2% of the worlds production. It's a much more complex, and, well, for lack of a better term, "choclaty" flavour.

It gives you one of those "Oh. Oh my. Oh my God." moments and is superb in cooking. Just add a little less sugar to compensate for the sigar in the chocolate - say 5-10% less.

Well, you have to keep in mind that chocolate and THC act on the exact same receptors in the brain. And I did (finally!) find Lindt's cherry chili 80% chocolate to say nothing of the new Peruvian varietal chocolate that's replaced the Cuban one.

(Stares are empty wrapper).

Hmmm. Why do that make it in such small sizes? Why did I only buy one of each?

Fivecats, your recipe sounds amazing!! You can also add a small amount, maybe 1 TBS, of coffee granuals to the batter. I don't drink coffee, nor do I like the flavor very much, but you don't taste a small amount, it just makes the chocolate taste richer!
Enjoy!!
