| Easy Garlic Spaghetti for 2. Posted: 3/9/2007 4:58:31 PM | I made this while my friend was over that I haven't seen since she graduated. Lol she said she never had anything like it before and nearly ate the whole pot! lol.
Ingredients:
garlic - 2-4 cloves smashed pasta - 2 handfuls and snap them in half. butter - 1/4 of a small stick garlic powder - 1/2 tsp ( or however much you like)
Directions:
1. Heat a pot of water with the smashed garlic in it untill boiling. 2. Add in pasta till well cooked. 3. Strain and pick out the garlic pieces, then put the pasta back in the pot. 4. Add in the butter and garlic powder. 5. Stir till melted and well mixed. 6. Serve.
Let me know how it goes lol!

Get a steak or another nice cut, and the butcher will grind it into hamburger. IE lean hamburger, but oh boy does it taste great! Make meatballs with that for your spaghetti sauce. Or just hamburgers, like they do in Beverly Hills, or burritos/tacos. And if you go to the grocer an hour before they close, you can buy the premium hamburger for $1 a pound. Sometimes they just package it, but you can find it if you look. D
