| OK.....Are you a bath person or a shower person??? Posted: 3/27/2007 7:37:55 PM | Personally for me, a daily morning shower is a must, to get me going, and to make myself feel presentable to the world.
However, nothing beats a nice long bath in a big tub. It's unfortunate, that who ever designs modern generic bathtubs, does so for people that are 3 feet long, and weigh less them fifty pounds.

Like say, at least once a week. Lavender oil, candles, soft music, bubbles, and of course my bath pillow. I'm on my third. Baths are so invigorating.

Most tubs are too low and short , to fill with enough water to keep you warm . If your really dirty, too me you are just bathing in your dirt, so I would need to shower.

| OK.....Are you a bath person or a shower person??? Posted: 3/28/2007 3:21:01 AM | | Showers are a last minute resort for me...especially since I moved into my house a few yrs ago. As a child I was burned in a shower so I guess the fear has always stayed with me. In my old house in the Gatineaus my ex husband and I installed a jacuzzi and beleive me, I practically LIVED in that thing. There is an OLD (and I mean OLD) bathtub in my house that I absolutely adore as it accomodates all 6' of me very well. There is nothing like laying back in the warm darkness of the water and feeling all my cares slip away. If I'm in a hurry, it's a shower for me but other than that, give me my long scented bath. I usually try for one both in the morning before work and then after work to relax me off to bed. | |

Showers are good too..., but they have to be big, lots of room, and good water pressure, so I do also like showers.....especially when shared !! My shower isnt a good one...doesnt have enough water pressure.

However when I'm stressed out, there's nothing more relaxing than a nice hot bubble bath!!!

I swear I drain the hot water tank on that one! I could stand there all day!
