| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/15/2007 6:02:13 PM | Any thoughts on the draft who your team needs to draft My team is Miami Dolphins We need O/Linemen and more O/Linmen and a QB When we pick iam hopefull that Levi Brown of PSU is still there and if lucky Joe Thomas of Wis. If Brady of ND we'll take him to | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/15/2007 6:59:10 PM | when is the draft?
I hope Drew Bledsoe goes somewhere that values him. D@mn Jerry Jones......

| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/15/2007 7:43:37 PM | | That is really sad. Sounds like he just quit. He has a lot more left in him than Jerry Jones would have him believe. | |

| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/15/2007 9:33:42 PM | The Dolphs are still holding out for Duante Culpepper to be the QB. I just am thinking that he will never be playing at 100 percent of his former self ever again. The Dolphins better hope that Brady Quinn slides to the 9th selection.
Now my team is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they are so HOT on Calvin Johnson the WR from Georgia Tech that they are willing to trade up with Oakland for him.
The BUCS need an instant impact player; otherwise the Bruce Allen/Jon Gruden era may not make through the whole 2007 NFL season.
Yes it is true that Drew Bledsoe did retire. He still has a stronger are than many of the current starters in the NFL. He just doesn't move quick enough to get off a perfect spiraled pass anymore.

| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/16/2007 1:47:20 AM | | The draft is the weekend of 4-28 and 4-29 | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/16/2007 9:42:13 AM | | Well my favorite NFL team is Cincy, so it would be nice to just draft someone that won't get arrested. I rest my case! | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/16/2007 9:52:14 AM | As a true Dolphin fan, let me first stay...........For the love of all that's holy, DO NOT draft Brady Quinn. As I said in another thread, he is way overated. Poor performance in big games.....only got noticed and hyped because he played at ND and had super genius Charlie Weiss coaching....if he played at Wake Forest noone would know who he was.
Miami needs O-line...D-tackle....and a speed reciever(Chambers good but has never become the star I thought he would).
The Bucs would be wise to take Johnson......best player in the draft hands down.

| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/17/2007 10:20:19 AM | Favorite team- Redskins
Needs- New owner | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/17/2007 7:49:10 PM | I hope the lions at least take a defensive lineman and/or offensive lineman(both need serious help).
Player that I see that is really overrated for this draft? Brady Quinn. Hes never been a producer in games on the line and will go late first round!!!
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/18/2007 9:42:07 AM | | Lilac, what games were you watching? With Bledsoe, he kept pulling a Testaverde, and throwing to the wrong Damn TEAM! That is why Jones got rid of him! Bledsoe was good in his youth, but the Pats didn't win a Super Bowl until Brady took over. | |

| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/18/2007 12:42:14 PM | Packers fan here- Bubba Franks looks done, so they need a tight end. Ahman Green is gone so you'd think a high pick for a RB. I'm not so sure, though. The Pack is using a zone blocking scheme now, so they may do it the way Denver has, wait until the 5-6-7 round to get a back. A good safety would really improve their defense. It doesn't look like the QB they picked from Cal a couple of years ago is the heir to Favre, so they'll need to get another young candidate. | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/18/2007 6:21:02 PM | | Eagles fan here. The Eagles run defense was pretty bad last year, so I think they will look to add some defensive line and strong safety help. I think they want to trade up to get a defensive end like Carriker, but they don't have a 4th round pick and extra picks to move up in the draft. So, I doubt they get him. They will probably also look to add a cornerback, linebacker and 3rd string running back. | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/19/2007 4:36:41 AM | | My team is Dallas, and they need Offensive Line help, Defensive Tackles and another safety and DB. Eventually a replacement for T.O and Terry Glenn, but that is a year or two away. It is going to be an interesting draft, for sure. | |

| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/19/2007 5:06:05 AM | team: Browns
needs: selecting Adrian Peterson would be a good fit, that would make a pretty decent combo of Jamal Lewis and Peterson, also Joe Thomas from Wisconsin would work nicely. Hopefully no quarterbacks are drafted for my Browns!

| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/19/2007 9:41:51 AM | | i miss the days of the steeler browns rivalry. modell ruined it for us steeler fans as well as the good folks of cleveland. we would go to old municipal stadium and get treated like shit and still couldn't wait to come back next year. hopefully they will continue to improve and make some wise draft choices | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/19/2007 1:50:52 PM | | I'm a Dolphin fan too. We need to draft a young QB | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/20/2007 3:17:54 AM | Colts fan (no not because they just won the superbowl. Been loving the colts since they got rid of Jim Mora. )
I think most of their defense is set good, offense is pretty decent. I wish we'd take back James as their running back. That'd boost the offense from pretty decent to great.
And I appluad them for getting rid of Vanderjagt when they did. Too bad he got fired from Cowboys.
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/20/2007 7:17:49 AM | | modell moved the team but it is the new browns ownership that has done such a horible job the past 8 years. after year two, chris palmer was ready to draft ladanian tomlinson - they fired him and hired the idiot butch davis who drafted gerard warren above the recommendations of everyone. not to blame modell anymore. no one mentions it but modell is the only owner who moved a team and left the nickname and legacy behind for the fans. colts, cardinals, raiders, rams, oilers - none of them did that | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/20/2007 3:05:11 PM | | i was speaking as a steeler fan about modell. and i'm not sure what kind of legacy he left behind, seems more like a void to me. | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/22/2007 11:12:15 AM | Besides Nascar Sfla,we have the Dolphins in common,Brady Quinn would be a dream for me as I also follow Notre Dame. We also need to cement our Rb position, can't depend on Williams to stop smoking!! Go Fish! [9 picks} | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/22/2007 12:53:30 PM | mousse- I had season tickets from 72-86 last year in Orange Bowl.March of 87 got married there went my tickets. I still think we O/L before anything else | |
|
| NFL Draft Time Posted: 4/22/2007 1:27:19 PM | | I think we both agree, lots of help from the offense needed.I just hope Culpepper can bounce back from his injury,if they don't get O/L,Daunte can't help regardless!!also need a running game again, everyone will benefit. | |
