| | Personality TestPage 1 of 2 (1, 2) | I took that personality test on this site....I usually don't give much credibility to those tests but this one described me very well. I was a INTJ.
Have any other taken that test on here and what were you?
|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/21/2007 8:25:43 PM | | I've taken that personality test elsewhere a few times, just to see if it changes as I age or not. I did not take it here though. I am an INFP which does describes me very well. | |

| Personality Test Posted: 4/21/2007 9:53:20 PM | | According to the test, I am an ENFJ. | |
|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/21/2007 10:12:16 PM | | I have taken other personality tests in the past somewhat similiar to this one and then re-tested later and changed a little. What I found unique about this one is it described how i have been for years. | |
|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/21/2007 10:45:49 PM | You are an ESFJ, ESFJ: "Everyone's trusted friend": Graciousness describes the general lifestyle of this type and sums up the management style. Can encourage and motivate workers to accomplish goals. The work setting is very formal but pleasant. Tends to display parental judgment, even impatience. This is called a Santa Claus management style, since the ESFJ keeps lists, even mental ones, and checks them twice. Distributes rewards and critical glances/guilt trips. ESFJ's natural partner is the ISFP, or the INFP. ESFJ's dominant function of Extraverted Feeling is best matched with someone whose dominant function is Introverted Feeling. The ESFJ/ISFP combination is ideal because is shares the common Sensing way of perceiving the world, but the ESFJ/INFP combination is also very good.
The Caregiver As an ESFJ, your primary mode of living is focused externally, where you deal with things according to how you feel about them, or how they fit in with your personal value system. Your secondary mode is internal, where you take things in via your five senses in a literal, concrete fashion.
geez.....go figure, no wonder why i'm friendly and outspoken.

| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 12:02:06 AM | i took it and i think it pretty much me You are an ESFP,
ESFP: "Let's make work fun": Free-spirited, nervy and nonconforming. If the work is not fun, tends to avoid or drop the issue and move on to something different. Very sociable type who enjoys high energy and jovial interaction. Can keep many projects moving at once. Strength is allowing others to be different and work at an individual pace. Good in big, bureaucratic organizations. Can work the system for the good of all involved. ESFP's natural partner is the ISTJ, or the ISFJ. ESFP's dominant Extraverted Sensing function is best matched with a personality that is dominated by Introverted Sensing.

| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 12:31:15 AM | | ok, I am a ISFJ, so my match is ESTP or ESFP, anyone out there? | |

| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 6:16:21 AM | Hey Black Knight...I tood this in College, well even the Prof there said, you are about to be charge $500 for this..of course it was a little more to it...but he said, " I think it's for entertainment purposes only" I have had several results since..depending on my mood!! | |
|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 6:29:41 AM | ^^^^ I agree to a degree with what you are saying. Behavioral Science is very complex and everybodys brain works differently. However, I do think there is 70 to 80 percent accuracy to some of the good ones. The test captures the general consesus of the person's personality. These tests are often used in certain work sites and if I am not mistaken at one time in certain federal jobs. I agree that we can fluctuate some but the question is how far do we actually deviate and is it significant enough to rule out some of these tests. Of the ones I have taken I have discovered that the longer ones tend to be most accurate. | |
|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 7:16:06 AM | Well BK, my results were almost the opposite of what they are in here, from the longer version..but that was also 4 years ago..Have I changed that much??( This Prof. I think was also really concerned with the cost factor...nice Man...) Maybe for the better I think!! Have a good one, off to cleanse my spirit!! LaDonna
By the way..it looks like you are writing again.. great news..love that stuff!!
|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 9:41:32 AM | | I have taken several version of this test and at different times in my life and every time I end up with the same result. The percentages may have varied but the result was always the same | |

| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 12:07:45 PM | I love taking tests and quizzes...I'm an ESFP...supposedly do well with an ISTJ or ISFJ.
This didn't go very far on this site...I think they posted the test then dropped it... or maybe not enough people took it. Or, could be that it's hard enough meeting someone without narrowing it down to a certain test type!
|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/22/2007 2:53:27 PM | I take them periodically and they change quite a bit. Seems like my personality fluctuates depending on the day.

|
| Personality Test Posted: 4/23/2007 11:00:07 AM | I just took the test, and I am an INFP. For those that know me, how accurate do you think it is?
Apparently after reading all of the gobbledy gook at the end, this is a Jungian test, which refers to Carl Jung, the Swedish Psychology pioneer. I remember learning about it in last semester's Psych class. I think that it's one of the 3 biggie tests that experts use.
PittsburghDeb- It's still there, they moved it to the top of the page when you go into your profile.
|
