Hey, I'm not sure if I'm a "good guy" or not... I guess I am... I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, I'm non-violent, etc. Oh, and I do read profiles, mainly looking at stuff like age, if they smoke, town/city, making sure that it's a woman seeking a man, stuff like that.
As for a great person like you? Well, I just read your profile, and you seem like a good person, but I just don't think you're my type... or age, either... (I'm only 20). Plus, I don't drive yet, so I can't hook-up with someone from out of town so easily...
Anywho, off I go... college marks coming out soon, and the sooner I get to bed, the sooner they get out...

Posted: 6/2/2005 11:56:00 AM | Having been married to a good Newfie man in the past I can attest that there are some good one out there. Even now, I seem to be attracted to Newfie men...and I live in NS.
That being said, it is not just you're Newfie guys that won't message girls, they don't do it up here either. All the profiles say "drop me a line", "send me a message", "write to me"...but when you do, they never respond.
Perhaps men just don't like to take a chance a message a woman.
What's up with that?

People take offense too quickly these days. And yes, I'm a "good guy" left in newfoundland. I'm no supermodel, but hey, not many people are.

i dont email NL girls but i know a few good guys and its not that there not out there just the ones that do email girls ,them girls arent interested in them guys.
but you need physical attraction befor your interested enough to talk to someone.
and sad to say all the good, good looking men are probaly taken the rest are like kids in a candy store.
as not all girls post on here maybe some with stranger taste picked up some so called socialy ugly men that are good guys,good for them lol.
Past that good luck.
i doubt good men that have the looks your looking for even bother with dating sites as they are in relationships at this point as is(But wishful thinking nothing is impossible).
