| Latin Problem Posted: 4/29/2007 10:31:23 PM | Just found a fairly old Crusader style sword Solid Silver Fittings on Hilt Double stitched/lined Leather Sheath has engraved on the blade
"Plus Vident Aruli Quam Arulus" on one side Other side "Suaviter in Modo Fortiter Inre" Last line possibly translates as "Gentle in manner strongly in god we trust"
Other side has got me stuffed any help would be gratefully accepted
Thanks
