Posted: 5/1/2007 4:00:50 PM | Another series of "How To Look Good Naked" started today and I was surprised by the fact that 8 out 10 women (98%) said they hate what they look like naked! A few simple questions then for women and men:
Do you like what you see when naked?
What bit of your body do you hate the most that you would change if you could?

Posted: 5/1/2007 4:05:45 PM | I'm pretty cool with what I see, I'm no Dolph Lungdren but neither am I the bloke of the Mr Muscle ads - could do with losing a few pounds and getting in shape a bit but nothing major. I don't think I hate any part of my body, would be pretty pointless really, although my feet annoy me as since ripping them to bits doing three peaks walk many years ago they are scabby and horrible! (just blown my chance with all the foot fetishists out there!)

Pitty Ive got no one to see me naked! lol
I wasnt trying to brag or anything by the way,its just once an ex said I was good looking but had a little boys body! Thats why Im chuffed to be bigger now. | |

I built up a bit of muscle over the last few months then neglected the diet for a month and put on a couple of pounds and it has really taken the edge off my tone. im not saying i wouldnt change my body if i could but its the one ive got and im not going to lose sleep about it or let it infringe on my life to the extent it stops me doing anything,
gok is a great guy and makes the women feel really good, and at ease even if he is a little blunt,
the lady i met in my line up had zero confidence to the extent that she had never travelled on a train by herself,
all of the ladies i met doing the product testing where fantastic and all different shapes sizes and colour,
some where doing it because they really did love the way they looked, some to help them lose a little weight, some to boost their confidence
BUT all did it to proove that well all have a body and none are perfect and maybe if we stopped beating ourselves up about it life might be a little more fun  | |

Posted: 5/2/2007 12:22:19 AM | I dont really do completely naked actually, i look alright in a pair of sexy pants, i just dont feel confident with my tummy out, its not a weight thing either because when i was tiny and toned (oh to have the body i had when i was 19 again) i still didnt feel comfortable like it...
I like my boobs, they are still sort of defying gravity and i dont mind my ar$e actually, even though its large it isnt saggy and is quite firm, so those are the bits i dont mind naked lol | |

I watched the opening shots to check it had taped, and there she was. She was hoping to be one of the featured women, but going by what I saw, she is in far better shape than those who are featured.
She did warn me that Gok would irritate me, but she got on really well with him.....judging by the number of times he gave her boobs a friendly squeeze. Apparently, although he's as 'gay' as it gets, he has a thing for boobs.

Im not shy about walking around in just underwear in my house. Other people seem to be more shy about that than me....
Washboard stomach sounds good....but i've found that most men don't want that in a woman. Let's face it majority of women by their 30's have had kids, so it's acceptable to a bloke.
Strangely enough though, i'm more comfortable with my body now, than when i was in my teens and 20's.
