Posted: 5/5/2007 4:52:08 PM | well today in thornton heath croydon a 6 year old and 1 year olds bodies were found in a house and a 60 year old man and a 21 year old woman have been arrested and being investagated as suspects into the childrens deaths.
why can we not bring back capitol punishments for these crimes? surely it is now time to say thats it this has failed lets do more drastic messures to stop this happening. | |

It beggars belief that anyone can even contemplate, let alone execute such a heinous crime. If they are found guilty of a crime against these poor innocent children.................... sorry, I am lost for words. ...................... Trouble is, under our judicial system, they will be charged, imprisoned and spend the rest of their sentence segregated from other prisoners and will probably be released after a few years under new identities for their own safety. Maybe bringing capital punishment back, would put the fear into the offenders NOT to commit these crimes in the first place.

Rather than capitol punishment I think locked up in solitary for life would do.

1, we re in europe, we need to get away from the EEC
2, then we need to disolve the human rights act,
3, then if a party was brave enough to have a public referendum to bring capital punishment which they would with a landslide majority,
4, then i suppose it would need to go through house of commons an then house of lords, I think thats what I read somewhere ,to bring it back. | |

Seems the tip off came from a 999 call to the police saying someone was plying another child aged 2 with Alcohol..
Seems the woman was screaming on Friday night as if not in her right mind at cars passing the home..
I do belive we should have stiffer sentances for people who harm childen..But never believe we will ever reinstate capital punishment.. | |
