Posted: 5/8/2007 1:41:43 AM | hi guys i have been going to various meets now since last October and i have loved every single one of them. But as i have to travel either to nottingham , Manchester or Brimingham. I thought it would be nice to have one in the middle.
So what i would like to know, id if i was to host one in STOKE-ON-TRENT who would be intrested.

Posted: 6/9/2007 1:07:13 PM | I used to live up there until 1995. Back then in it used to have some rocking nightspots. Whats more you used to meet the same people in some of them week after week. Maybe it has changed a lot since then but when I was going out around there at night from 1984 until 1995 it was such a friendly fun place to party.  | |

Enter all the Event details and press “post”
The post will appear in the main uk Forums here

and mail the Forum_Moderator to ask for the thread to be moved to the UK Singles Party Forum giving them the link to your party…
Once the thread is moved, ensure the correct date and postcode is on (look at the bottom of the thread) and press update postcode.
You will have done this successfully when the longitude and latitude no longer say zero..
Once this is done add me puddles-at-work as a co-host or another host that agrees and then then they can send a mass mail out to advertise for you (You cannot use the mass mail feature until you have had 75 guests attend your party and you only get one mail) POF sends a mail one week before the party as well to only those signed up as a reminder
Once the event is in the party forum you can then make it look "pretty" I can't paste how on here but I can mail you it privately if you mail me your private email address (The codes won't send via POF mail)
Oh and remove all your mailing restrictions so party goers male and female etc can mail you | |

I've only just joined plenty of fish and so only just been reading about meetings locally. Unfortunately no year is stated, so don't know if it was last year or if it is this year. Can you please confirm for me. It sounds like a brilliant idea as there is really nowhere to go locally for singles of all ages, especially when you are a bit older. Shame though, cos some of my friends and I love to go dancing and having a good time.

We are from Stoke Geminiii & Bez1 and we really woule LOVe for a venue nearer than Derby Nottingham etc as its far too far away!
We love dancing and having lots of fun- including meeting with POFS- there must be loads of us from round Stoke so let's get something sorted. Geminiii & I have been to the Limelight a lot but we know that's a way away in Crewe. Where is a good venue to go to for live entertainment and dancing in Hanley?
We'd be up for POF events even if they were just at a good pub possibly with BBQ like the Derby Boundary do.
