IF you fancied someone on the forums, or perish the thought you had seen them naked, or slept with them, could you still argue with them with the same venom if you thought that their opinions were daft??
i am asking this as Doctor Zeuss has announced he has met someone he truly fancies on here and because a certain female has told me she finds me attractive even though we like to fight on forums.
does it effect your judgement?? Longshanks could you for instance attack Unique given how you feel about her?? | |

I had a lovely time in Thailand last year when the wife asked me if I thought she had a drink problem. She didn't like what she heard. Had to be said though.
Mind you she didn't like receiving the divorce petition either. She couldn't face up to her drinking then. just refused to sign it pmsl. | |

I cannot abide stupidity, it is a total turn off, I wouldn't even argue with a stupid person, a complete waste of time.
@Emmalou, if you suspect that I would fancy anybody with a limited intelligence you are seriously wrong. If, however, I am mistaken in thinking that you meant to hint that it is me who told FSM he is attractive, next time you should be clearer. | |

Everyone's entitled to their own opinions whether I agree with them or not, debating is good, but that's all it is, not an arguement.
If something turns into an arguement then you've already lost.

And how is that exactly? (in your opinion) he 'feels' no different towards me,than any other gal on the forums!!!! 
OT If i have something to say,i will say it.......matters not one jot if i fancy them or not,
the same will/would be said to someone i may fancy,as it would to someone i don't!!

Posted: 5/8/2007 8:45:48 AM | Oh god nooo fleur, arguing/discussing/debating can be good fun if it's about the right stuff... If it's totally random cos one half is in a bad mood I tend to make my point and then let them sulk. Personally I can't sulk, life's too short 
However I tend to bottle little stuff, I do drop hints but they are too subtle for the average bloke who doesn't know me well enough, if they are ignored... weeeellll 
As for if I fancied someone in the forums, I'd see it as an opportunity to sample/test their intellect and opinions (if you see what I mean). | |

Yes. Definitely. As Willow says, no two people are ever going to agree about everything.
I recently had a Fish staying at my house. We took it in turns to log into/out of the Forums so that we could carry on a debate!
