1 pan of baked cornbread
1-2 bunches green onions, chopped
2-3 cucumbers, chopped
Fried bacon, crumbled up
Enough Mayonnaise to moisten

Crumble cornbread into bowl, add cucumbers, onions, and bacon. Moisten with mayonnaise. Refrigerate

*****I love lots of bacon in mine and my mother adds anything else she takes a hankering for like chopped green peppers, celery, tomatoes.*****

i took this to a family gathering one time, and i am now not allowed to attend without bringing it!

2 boxes of jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 red onion
1/2 lb baked ham
1/2 lb american cheese
1/2 green pepper
1/2 tomato
8 oz bottle of ranch dressing

bake cornbread as instructed. (we like jiffy because its a little sweet, but you can use regular)
crumble cornbread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven then cool
cube the ham, cheese, tmto, and pepper and chop onion
mix all ingredients with the ranch dressing

I saw some of this stuff in the deli, asked for a taste, took some to work for lunch, it was quite good I must say!

The only variation from calia's recipe was they used red and yellow bell peppers which gave it a colorful twist.

Hiya Genrae, MERRY CHRISTMAS to everybody!
