The viewed me section is great and I look at it all the time but, it would be very helpful if a date and time could be added to when they viewed you. It is very very difficult to determine if it was 5 mins ago or 2 weeks ago. If that could be a project to enhance this section, I'm sure I am not the only one who would appriciate that. Thanks!

An additional pay component to the existing View Me has been added where you can sort the Viewed Me list by date of last visit to your profile. The existing View Me feature for non paying members still remains untouched and free of charge - nothing was taken away!.

Seeing someone that has just viewed you and not messaged you isn't really useful either. Why even have a viewed me section??
If there is to be a viewed me section then how about having a number somewhere, like a button with a number to say how many times that person has viewed your profile and maybe another so you can see how many times you've viewed their profile... that way you'll then know who is stalking you, and be able to take appropriate action, an also prevent yourself looking like a stalker. If someone were to change their picture then you can't help but look again, so knowing you've already viewed them would help? | |

POf used to be a fun site were people were able to meet with out the obligation to pay to have access to all the futures, now became one more greedy dating site. The viewed me future was the most interesting part of it, to see in real time who is checking you out. Now is time to quit and move on...If i have to pay i rather do it in a well known dating site................WHEN IT SAYS FREE IT SHOULD BE REAL FREE. Marcus the economy has hit all of us, but i'm sure you have no need of the extra many you can get just to see the obvious!!!!!!. | |

Posted: 10/1/2011 9:49:30 PM | Nothing has changed with the "Viewed Me" function. Nothing. I still can see users who have viewed my profile, sorted by the date and time they first viewed it (my profile); that's the way it's always been.
PoF has added the option/function of seeing when those who've viewed you, viewed you last. Sort of like how you can see who's stalked you recently, or how often they've been looking.
I still have the ability to see who's "Online Now" and available to "Chat" from my "Viewed Me" screens. | |

Posted: 10/1/2011 9:54:52 PM | I dont. maybe this is a slow change in certain areas. My viewed me is frozen. Just chatted with a gal and told her to view my page and stay on it. She was never showed in my viewed me screen. Its a scam to get people to pay.
I am going to add something on my about me saying we should all boycott it if its not back to normal in a few days ( 5-7) . Its obvious that people arent happy with it. | |

If they are not sending you an email or saving you as a favourite(which some equate to a wink but I dont) it really doesnt matter when or how many times they look at it.
The me, the most important feature of most dating sites is communication...be it email or IM. As long as that is free, nothing else matters. | |

It'll still be a free site so long as we can contact and be contacted by other users. These "extras" that Marcus is charging for is just that, extras. Doesn't mean diddly squat to finding anybody. And if people feel the need to pay to see who's viewed them last or frequently visit their profile or who's read their message, all the power to them.
In the big picture? Doesn't bother me a bit. | |

Posted: 10/2/2011 7:41:07 AM | The viewed me feature was a great way to know when someone was interested in you. It was used sort of like a tool to know how much that person was into you. You viewed them, they viewed you back and this would go on back and forth until it built up your confidence to message them.
From my experience, the ones who view you the most are most likely to respond. You can tell between who's interested or who's just passng by. This was one of the great 'free' feautures about this site. And now that its gone, it gives you no incentive to send messages without wasting your time.
The way it works now is new views appear only once by the same person giving you absolutely nothing to work with. POF knew this and are trying to capatilize off of it like the rest of the features that used to be free. | |

I am completely agreed with what you just said, was the best feature POF had, it used to give you a better idea if the other person was into you and worth while to be contacted. I am not getting outta shape about this as someone thinks, but if a dating site is free from the start should stay like that and do not mislead people after awhile and change the rules of the game with out prior notice. To pay to see who has viewed you........outta line!!!! Is not about the money is about the principal!!! Credit to those feeding the hostess greed!!!

Can you tell me if your lone top row (top section) at least matches the bottom section's first row (other than the lone row having one less image).
No, they don't match. I happened to be online when the update happened yesterday, and that's exactly when the top line froze. Whoever happened to be online then, and have viewed me, are who are visible there now still. | |
