It's different for everyone... There's a good amount of nerve endings there, but not everyone is sensitive in the same places. It also depends how turned on you are, who you're with, and what they're doing. Personally, I get all tingly and hot and stuff when the back of my neck, just under my hair line is being teased and such.

Having my balls rubbed and kissed... sometimes that's good, sometimes not. If the lady is a little too forceful, it can be very, very uncomfortable or even painful.
