I'm changing mine to "awesome". I've never gone out with somebody I think is awesome. I've gone out with a few people I thought were lame. The kind of person you wish you could get away from(for various reasons), but then you remember they have a vagina(so you stay). Sorry to be so brutal.

Since I have to use one word only I would pick .... Sensual ... As that, in my mind would mean a lover who is kind, loving, tender, active, giving, pleasurable, attuned to his & my needs & desires.
