Posted: 6/14/2007 9:57:33 PM | Maturity depends on the person. For me, that age was 23 or so, but for other guys it might be 60 or 70.
Certain people attract certain people of the opposite sex, just one of those things. It's all in how ya present yourself. When I quit acting like I wanted a slut, I quit attracting sluts:)
Besides...the sex talk must keep working for them, or they'd quit. There are chicks that're into that. | |

I've also always heard...the older the buck the stiffer horn!  I haven't found this to be true, but then I haven't been with every older buck either!  So, maybe the older gentlemen will speak up?!  | |

Posted: 6/14/2007 10:27:37 PM | In my experience, the older men are worse at just coming right out about what they want. It's like they don't have much time left so are really desperate, like they're going to die in the next few minutes if they don't get some Now.
This desperate attitude is really what turns me off. I mean they act like a drug addict needing a fix and will do just about anything to get it, but they usually can't handle it in the first place! (LOL) They have pills, gadgets, magazines, movies, and expect you to perform all kinds of "actions" on them (until you are almost dead).
When none of this works, they have you there to blame it all on, cause you didn't "do it right", and thinking "if I can just find the "right woman" it'll work like when I was 18..." BS! First of all, no woman who looks like the ones in the magazine you're"using" wants to be with you, and Second: That Thing is dead! Mr.Oreck's best will not help you. Give it a funeral and give up! | |

Sounds like you've got a bit of the bitters there and it's not quite clear why, how or even who caused those feelings in you----or whether you've just come to this all on your own?
"Older" guys who lay it out, tell you what they're looking for MIGHT have already been through so much BS with women over their lives they no longer want to waste time chasing women for anything other than sex. This might be a variation and gender-adjusted version of the female cliche "I don't NEED a man--I WANT a man........". Certainly those statements might mean different things but in the end it's still about achieving something we want---not something that's life and death.
OP maybe you need to stop dating guys or weed them out better BEFORE it gets to this point? I can't believe all men are like this----perhaps only the ones you find? | |

I prefer men who are younger than myself, but maybe if the "old geezers" were still talking sex and "sexing", I'd give them a second look, too. So, to you old sexy geezers out there, keep trying to "score", whatever that means. What drives me away is just the opposite. I'm not to the age yet, where I'm just looking for "companionship".
