If the drawing is actually of you, is it ok to upload it as a picture? I was just wondering, as it says cartoons aren't allowed, but, I'm unsure as to whether it's unrelated cartoons, or just drawings of all kinds. Thanks for your help! ^__^

No.

A Picture taken with a Camera unedited, not a Drawing.

You can lighten a pic, change contrast, color-balance it, but you can't change the Image's Contents.

If there is anything in there that looks like its been Photoshop'd, then its gone, Pic upload Priviledges revoked.
