Michaelann & DakotaTruckCountry are co-hosting a white water rafting trip, in Chilliwack,BC, on Sunday,
August 12,2007, with optional camping the night before.
We are organizing this event through Chilliwack River Rafting. There's 2 ways to register for this event.
#1) Call Chilliwack River Rafting at 1-800-410-7238 or 604-824-0334, give them the date & tell them
you are with the Plenty of Fish party. If you don't have a credit card, you can buy one for a $7/month
fee, at Money Mart.
#2) Go to their office, 49704 Chilliwack Lake Road, Chilliwack,BC. They require a $50 deposit per person.
You can pay there by debit, or in cash. The cost depends
on how many people decide to come, as follows:
$89 for groups of 1 to 7 persons
$81.50 for groups of 7 to 14
$74 for groups of 15 or more
$69 Child fare
Also, please click on the button here, so that we (the co-hosts) have an idea of who to expect.
If you are interested in camping over on Saturday, that is an extra $20 & includes supper, breakfast &
a light lunch.
Driving directions, for Chilliwack River Rafting:
From Hwy.1, take the Sardis exit (119). Drive south on Vedder Road to Vedder Bridge. Turn left before
crossing the bridge. Drive 9 km on Chilliwack Lake Road to our resort.

OK, people, here is your chance that you WILL never want to miss, and will always have fond memories of doing so.
If you have never done any white river rafting, then here is your chance to ride the WILD river of the Chilliwack River.
It is going to one heck of a RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH, and give you a natural hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh, that you have never, ever experienced before.
Ya going to LOVE ever bit of it, and ya think the rollacoaster ride at PLayland in Vancouver, gave ya a rush before, well, you ain't seen nothing yet, until ya ride the WILD currents of the Chilliwack River.
Ya going to go home, on a high, of having met a lot, I do mean, a LOT of great people, and taking a ride on the untamed Chilliwack River.

Ok, people, tell ALL your friends, about the GREAT time that YOU, and them WILL have.
It IS, going to be a ROC N ROLLN, great time, that you will not want to miss, and will enjoy, for a loooooooooooooooong time to come.
The Chilliwack River current, is as WILD, as you cn get, and imagine the FUN, that you will have, riding that current.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, ride em cowboys, or cowgirls.
Time to have a TON of FUN in the SUN, and on the WATER. | |

Yet, isn't that the wonderful part of adventure, going into something, that we never had done before.
Anyhow, had a look at the current, when I went early to signup for this, and MAN, was that current ever WILD N CRAZY, but it will be will be a lot of fun.

Posted: 7/10/2007 11:41:59 PM | as i was zipping in to town Chilliwack this past w/e whilst I went a camping i saw these guys with several groups of pple paddling away and thought mmmmmmmmmmmm this is GONNA BE FUN! so stop sitting on the fence , get ur butts in gear and arms/ upper body strength toned up cuz we r gonna NEED IT!
It gives us 6 weeks to get buffed and ready to go !
GET 'ER DONE!!!!!

For at least some of us, it is a first time go, and it will be a ton of fun, in the sun, along the water of the Chilliwack River.
How WILD can those currents get, along the Chilliwack River?
Just ask our Host, she was there, and had a look at thos WILD and Crazy currents, when we had first signed up. It will be one heck of a WILD and CRAZY ride, but a memorable one, just the same.

wanted to try, though. I have been trying to get to it, for over 10 years
One of the reasons I decided to host this event, is the other rafting trips I have seen here, were
about twice as much $!! I shopped around for the best deal possible. (I found one for about $20
less in Whistler, but think how much the gas would be!) | |

last weekend, & I discovered that the graham crackers have changed lots, since I was a kid.
The S'Mores were just dreadful!
But I have lots of other goodies planned. | |
