Post suggestions or problems here - thanks. Yes the colour is somewhat bright, but it's also being looked after - stay tuned for that.
UpdateIf you have a non wide screen display, your current display can still work if you increase the screen resolution from 800 x 600 to 1024 x 768. The site will fit perfectly within that setting and without the need to scroll to left or right to see the entire page. For some who have their favourites locked onto the screen to the left or right of the browser window, the above solution won't help as the favourites will be taking up space needed by the site. Obvious solution would be to get rid of the favourites from being permanently visioble and just access them from the browser's main menu bar when you need them. Try this in the interim - Thanks

no, everythings ok here... I'm just scared to take my sunglasses off though. 
I like the new layout, was present during the birth!! It's nice and sharp and yes, can see loads more matches, albeit in smaller sizing, means I just have to squint a bit more now.
I've noticed a brief red font sentence in the 'viewed me' section too.. though it still befuddles me as to when they looked - ever! | |

The wide-screen aspect looks good on my laptop.
But my desktop computer has an older monitor, and it's a complete pain in the ass to use it on this site now, as I have to scroll sideways to read anything. I'm sure that there's many other users who will experience this too.
How many people actually have widescreens?????
Is the admin assuming everyone has widescreen monitors? or is he not caring about the huge inconvenience to the large numbers of users who don't? | |

Since I last posted Ive turned my brightnesss down..its grey LOL But havent checked anything else out...was too bright to...
Fits my screen fine...

The new mail/profile section doesnt wrap at all.
I run a laptop mostly rather than wide screen and when I have the side bar open I have to scroll right to see the page.
In forums, I noticed last night 'some' aspects arent wrapping, whereas the rest seems to wrap just fine.
Banner and main menu wrap.
Middle section menu does not
Forums themself dont wrap AND dont produce a scroll bar at the bottom to slide right
You have to use mouse highlight slide to get over there
Correction: I just moved my screen and there IS a scroll bar at the bottom, but it wasnt visible until I tilted. Similar color/tone?
Posting to forums wraps fine
Viewing history on users - some wraps

Posted: 7/27/2007 4:40:43 PM | Right, the whole page DOESN'T FIT. Not everyone is running 1024 wide, including me. And scrolling side-to-side is FAR harder than up-and-down where you can use the mouse wheel, because most mice don't have side-to-side scroll ability.
Screens are brighter ... I can turn off the room lights now and save electricity $. LOL. | |

Mind you, i do look rather fetching against the light blue screen, even if i do say so myself

The brightness hurts my eyes and I am finding it difficult to cope with, i.e. to see what I have written. It appears much worse in PM than on the forums.

My only complaint is with the widescreen...I have to check out one side of the page...then scroll over....................... to see the rest.....
bit of a nuisance!

Yes, I have to scroll way to the right to read the whole page. It make each visit a real pain. Also the color is real, real hard on the eyes. Much too bright. Please, dont let it stay like this. | |
