Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park is set in a picturesque location just outside the heritage city of Chichester, and is part of the South Downs linking Hampshire and Sussex. The park is ideal for those who wish to relax in the great outdoors, admiring the commanding views over our ten large fishing lakes stretching out over 150 acres.
Take leisurely strolls around the park on the nature trail, the Kingfisher licensed bar is the place to go if you want to enjoy a quiet drink, or why not sit back and unwind on the patio and deck area stretching out over the lake. There’s something for everyone from making a splash in the heated outdoor pool to endless fun at Lakeside’s entertainment complex with live acts, cabaret, karaoke, theme evenings and much more!

Chichester A27 continue forward.
Entering Havant, at Fishbourne roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Chichester By Pass - A27 (signposted Brighton).
At Stockbridge Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Chichester By Pass - A27 (signposted Brighton).
At Whyke Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Chichester By Pass - A27 (signposted Brighton, Worthing) A27.
At Bognor Road Roundabout take the 4th exit onto Vinnetrow Road (signposted Pagham), you have reached Lakeside.

We had such a wicked weekend and we enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to do it all again (apart from the Chilli Fiesta). Can't wait to get together again at the end of September.
As I will have been celebrating my birthday the week before I promise I will bring some homemade cakes down again If you didn't like them, you could always use them to bang in some tent pegs or hold down the blankets.
Maybe I could be persuaded to make some vodka jelly as well

Hopefully the end of September should be still fairly warm and theres always the clubhouse in the evenings or huddle round the bbq.
Tina and I will be getting there early Friday afternoon to set up camp. Anyone need a tent or sleeping bag let me know.
We all had a great time last weekend so looking forward to meeting up with you again. | |

Posted: 8/15/2007 6:10:25 AM | have signed up! cant wait to do it all again... this time without a toddler! so will be able to have a bit more which should be and you never know could lead to  of course not that im anything but an when at these meets! yea right so well done saucy nancy and bustybabe for getting us back in the party mood oh and collin i expect some more from you this time! seeing as i did the last late night cook up! and lets just hope its not too or we'll all have to snuggle in one tent.... only for warmth you understand

I would like to point out that my name has NOT been changed to Bustybabe as some of you seem to think . Don't know where you may have got that idea - I know there were no photos of the red bikini
Don't forget to persuade all the other reprobates to sign up for this camp, perhaps we can practice a bit more for the "Mrs Brown goes to town" game before the end of September. | |

Gonna bring my own tent and sleeping bag this time!!
Will not be working the day i come up next tim either so will be making the most of it!

Thought you were fairly well behaved, but am looking forward to a few more sing songs around the camp fire. You are welcome for coffee at our tent anytime!

but i think someone did tell me that you ruined your lawnmower while attempting to sort out your bikini line busbybabe !
oh dear, ive been in enough trouble this week allready.
im presuming that your tent is going to be in the middle you hosts? with our tents surrounding yours like a fortress?
i know the reason why .you want us to protect you from paying for your pitch for the last day! they will never get in to check your ticket due to conjestion from beer boxes and our general clutter! | |

the evenings will be even better once the kids are in there pits. my mates still up for attending,with his various musical instoments.

Posted: 8/24/2007 1:54:04 PM | The weather can't be any worse than the week we've just experienced - (summer, August - you've got to be kidding) the only break in the weather was Saturday for 2 hours when the kids did the sports afternoon! the rest of the time was dull, dismal and thoroughly naff. Never mind, back home now, tents all dried and packed ready for September.
Colin, don't know what you are insinuating about the mess and all. Must have been our neighbours!
Am going to Tesco's soon to stock up on the vodka and the jellies - any preference on flavour? and I won't forget the cakes! | |

Don't be afraid to sign up to this meet, the camping last time was fun and there will be a lot of experienced campers there to help anyone who is unsure of pitching tents etc.
It makes better sense for 3-4 people to share a tent/pitch as it works out cheaper

Posted: 9/1/2007 12:21:27 AM | I'm guessing the campsite won't be too busy by the end of September so shouldn't have a problem booking a pitch.
As Tina said its best to get a few people together to share a pitch rather than all pay seperately. I have 2 spare tents and a few sleeping bags that anyone can borrow.
Only 4 weeks to go so your get your name on the list and come join us for some camping fun! | |
