Posted: 8/27/2007 1:14:35 PM | Slowly I noticed demoralizing adds coming up of female stars, 'See ___ in their bikini', 'Jessica Simpson in her daisy dukes' ...ect....
That it self was bad eanough...
Then....
On signing in I was stunned to see advertisments of women necking woth eachother and little adds of that "College Girls are More Fun" bouncing up and down on my screen.
Is PoF that desperate for money that they are stooping to degrading women using them as their sexual lures to make money from low class of advertising? ...It's extrememly disrespectful to all women and men for that matter that are trying to avoid such things on the internet and media.
I have 3 sons, and this is exactly the type of thing I am trying to teach them is NOT how to view women.
I can't believe a site that had seemly been about making matches, serious relationships, and a fun site for both men and women is subjecting us women to the low imoral standards we have had the unfortunate struggle to live with all all lives.
This site has become a place where placing a serious profile is the joke. | |

I'm sure that Admin would like to know about them so that he can have them removed. There's a thread about this somewhere. It didn't pop up on my search. Maybe one of the mods remembers the keywords. | |

Posted: 8/30/2007 11:08:42 PM | Anyone who thinks POF doesn't already KNOW those kinds of ads pop up....just ain't too bright. And of course POF makes money, from all the advertizing........ towards Adult Friend Finder?...and however many others. That's also the only reason why ALLLLL pics muuuust be head shots OR YOUR PROFILE WILL BE DELETED and YOU WILL BE BANNED.("nothing too sexy, or I will lose money with people staying here on this free site instead of going to a linked paid site , like AFF") LOL! Now I'll just wait and see if he gets mad and deletes my profile because I'm talking the truth here. Even though I always follow the rules. That reminds me......a few years ago I saw an obviousley fake profile that had really bad and degrading things in it like "I'm a slut" and so forth.....WITH some girls PICTURE in the profile as well! I wrote into "customer service" explaining about it and that it had to be deleted right away...........................it was never deleted, even a year later.
