It's a natural occurrence due to intermingling of the modern world. If it, "red" did only originate in Northern Europe, it was specifically to aid the body in naturally producing Vitamin D. That being so due to the relative lack of sunlight.
Its not some sort of "racial" planned takeover of "redheads"! In recent National Geographic articles on Iran/Iraq/Afghanistan, due to the recent conflicts, I've noticed photo's of redheads with fair coloured eyes, that are native to that region and they're all Asian. So what are you trying to insinuate? | |

I know my redhair has been passed on and I am a 3 generation redhead and my neice has the trait as well. Guess all us redheads better get busy having " future redheads'. Count me out . Posted: 9/1/2007 9:18:28 AM | When I was younger my sister used to kid me that I was the milkman's child because I have reddish/blond hair and the rest of my family has dark brown hair.The trait usually skips a generation unless both parents have the gene,my cousins have it as well.
I feel for the men that have the "carrot top" look,most women don't think that's sexy.
I had a woman tell me straight out that she doesn't date redheads,like we have some disease.
Redhead Fun Facts:
There are redheads all over Russia and the middle east,the Vikings got around and busy.
If you are born with brown hair and it turns red it's a sign of malnutrition.
The British,German(Prussian) and Russian royals had the gene because they intermarried for centuries. | |
