Come on, have a heart. Lets go for a walk. Ok, so here is the deal! I am helping the American Heart Association by participating in the Heart Walk. 4 miles of fun in the sun in late October for me! But I need your help. I'll do the walking if you do the donating! I need help with donations to this cause, to help me contribute to the fight against the nation's leading causes of death.
