We are back to post our next party, coming up on Saturday September 22nd at The New Key Largo in Springfield MO!! They are so excited to have us coming!! Ken (chiefsfb) and I have been talking with so many of you and we have listened to what you want and I think this is going to be a GREAT!!!! They are offering us free appetizers from 700pm to 8:30pm and then the great Vic Vaughan and his band will rock the night away!  Huge dance floor, pool table, games and get this................They also have food available! YEAHHHHH!! Wings, pizza and lots of other bar grub will be on hand for you to order throughout the evening. Also, great drink specials just for us and a reduced cover charge of only $3.00!!!
The New Key Largo is located at 1281-B E. Republic Road, west of Fremont and east of National. It is tucked away on the north side of the street directly behind The Secret Garden Hair Salon. Feel free to contact the great staff there if you have questions at 881-8844. Jerry is the owner, and one heck of a great guy! We have been talking with him and his managers, Sherry and Aimee and their wonderful staff and they are thrilled to have us coming out!! Our thanks to them for being so incredible!

Be sure to invite a friend, bring a 'wingman', or even a favorite EX to our party. Live music, big dance floor, tasty food, drink specials and a whole new vibe.

Remember, everyone is welcome to bring friends, and please RSVP on here so we know approximately how many members to expect. I will try to have a table by the door again, so if anyone feels lost when they come in, just look for me or ask the door man where I am and hunt me down. I try to have plenty of chairs available at my table so you can hang with me until you feel comfortable....which wont be long with the great people we have coming! Remember to invite those people you have chatted with also. A lot of people still don't know about the party postings. Can't wait to see you all there!!!!

Email the host of the event and others who have posted or RSVP'd that they are going and start to get to know some of them on-line first. That way when you get there you will have already chatted with some of the people there. And usually there are people at these things who are not shy and are more then happy and willing to take those that are shy around and introduce them around. Also get there early so your not the last one there. It will make it easier to meet the people as they come in. Once you get there and have a few people to hang around it will just take off from there. Don't sit at home wishing and wanting to go. Get out and go. You won't regret it. You have nothing to lose and lots of friends to make.

I will be there when you come in and you can sit with me and mingle as much as you want, or not at all.....NO PRESSURE!! But you just have to make that first step!! I have talked to so many that never even made it in from the parking lot at the first party, but eventually they came to otherparties and they were so glad they did! There isn't any pressure to flirt or "hook up" at all. These parties are about getting out of the house....out from behind your computer.......and HAVING SOME FUN!!!!! Once you have the first party under your belt, you will know people for the second party. It gets easier and easier, I promise!!!! | |
