Question Mississippi!

Hi Mississippi,
Let try to get it going here. There are not many posts on the forums here. I am sure you have you opinions on different subjects so let give it a try.
Question to the guys: If I don’t like fishing, hunting, scared of motorcycles and have Hydrophobia, what is that other thing that you like to do that can bring my interest in you. Forget about dinning, moon walks on the beach and holding hands. Get real and bring hobbies, politics or you can ask questions about anything you want.
Question to the girls: Do you want really to get married. There was tread “Man on Marriage Strike”, and I think that Women are on Marriage Strike—do you think I am right?

You can start your own tread or you can post here. Let get it talking

Sorry I had to key in on this one..lol

Motorcycles aren't bad, it's the stupid ones that ride some of them that are. You can tell those from the rest by:
1. They are on an empty road and they crashed.
2. They drive as fast as they can between stop lights doing a wheelie and then a stoppie at the light. (stoppie: applying the front brake with enough force to raise the rear wheel off the ground.. a reverse wheelie)
3. They drive with no hands on the interstate doing 100+ mph.
Those riders have a wish to become a grease spot.

Just remember.. 'Stupid Hurts'

Hmm.. What to talk about. I'd personally stay away from hot topics like politics and religion for the first few meets or talks. But then again, a man that will actually talk those topics intelligently from the beginning is less likely to be after a one night stand. I've found that music is a good one to start with

You are right; it is not motorcycles fault for the crash is the riders. May be one day I will give it a test. /When I am 93 and adventurous enough for it/
Well politics are not the most appropriate for small talk at first date, but this is forum, and we are not dating nor having small talk. I just want to see how many people here are into thinking.
I had no doubt that you will respond, you are smart and fun to talk to. I wish there were more people like you. Have you looked at those Californians forums?
Do you like poetry? What was the last book you have read? Can you recommend something? Right now I am reading “Brief History of Time” by Steve Hawkins, but I am close to finish it and I am looking for something else.
I am answering to you here so may be some one will be interested to look and we can start this forum going.

The last book I read was Angels And Demons by Dan Brown. It was the precursor to The DaVinci Code which I thoroughly enjoyed. Sadly, I haven't made much time for reading lately. Some poetry I enjoy, but I've never really bee exposed to much. Some of my favorite that I have read have been ones written by regular people. Those tend to speak more from the heart and are less strict on following correct prose and structure. I used to have some links, but...they were on my old system.

They are out there, and they are hard to find too. Don't give up and if nothing else, have fun along the way.

Hey there "Seize the Day"

good to see you are still around as to postings in ms there seem to be only a few who actually involve themselves in forums the rest are just after a "booty call" btw just my opinion

people have different querks about them and I would like to have decent conversations I am not into politics and I adore Motorcycles ,just never rode on one more than a few blocks :)My 21 yr old has 2 he is trying to sell one of them, but even then i still cringe a bit when he rides because of the other drivers who do not pay attention to cyclist... one of these days this Ms forum will get going :)

Favorite love story:
1. Movie
2. Book
3. Song
What do you like about Mississippi?

1. The Notebook
2. Don't usually read love stories, but my favorite book so far was The DaVinci Code
3. There are too many to pick just one. Heatwave, Always And Forever; Rascal Flatts, Broken Road; Edwin Mc Cain, I'll Be; When In Rome, The Promise; just to name a few

Hmm... I like the beaches, the country roads that are never far away and the and the small general type stores you run across and the people there, the slow pace of life and the closeness of the 'faster' pace if the mood strikes me.

I'm still here and don't need the booty call, mine is big enough as it is..

I'm, looking to get another bike shortly. I would love to get an Electra Glide and then turn my creative side loose on the one I have now and customize it.
