Maybe different pics showing you having fun and maybe, since your looking for long term, tell a bit more about that special woman your looking for.

My thoughts are a) I would think the right girl for you would have to be a dog lover - no mention of that and no picture of the dogs.
b) It would seem the right girl for you would be an active Christian - from your work with the youth and your pastoring it would seem that the right match for you would be very strong in her beliefs as well -- no mention of that in your profile.
There are many strong Christians on POF, but you may find a Christian dating site yields you better results.
And geez, put up a picture of those 3 beauties will ya....
