Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Here is a recipe my kids like.
Tuns out to be approx 1 sandwich per chicken breast, more or less depending on how much you pack the sandwiches.

Phase 1: Prepare the chicken
In a large bowl
Cut up 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1/2 inch cubes. No need to be exact.
Season with Italian Spices, Chinese 5 spice.Garlic powder, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and grapeseed oil. I don't have the amounts, but shaking them once around the bowl seems to be about right. If you wish, you can let this marinade for a while.

Phase 2: Cook the chicken
In a large skillet, cook mixture till chicken cooked all the way through.

Phase 3: Assemble the sandwiches
On 4 soft Italian hoagie rolls opened , I use
stacker tabasco flavored pickles
Real Bacon Bits
Grilled chicken
A-1 Bold Steak Sauce or Lea and Perrins White Worchester sauce
Shreaded Cheese (I use either mozzeralla or 4 cheese Mexican)

Put in broiler (top shelf for electrics) for exactly 75 seconds, or until the tips of the cheese turn brown. Serve immediately. NOTE: I use a cookie pan covered with Aluminum Foil.

I like it, and this has been a big hit with my (teenaged) kids.
