| Two left hands Posted: 10/10/2007 5:57:52 PM | Are you disgusted with companies who have poor customer service in the return end of things? I stumbled accross a small but cutsey company and bought a few rather expensive accessory items. This was out of state, NYC. In showing these things to my sister, she recognized that I had purchased TWO left handed gloves in a pair. OH JOY. So I wrote them a note saying that I would understand if they could not replace one left with a right, but described the other items that I bought and said I would gladly take something in that other color combination. They returned the two left hands. Said I had waited too long to return. How long is too long when it's an obvious error on their part? They asked me to visit their store next time in NYC. No chance. Anyone know any girls with one hand, a left? | |

Yes, it is becoming an habit not to get decent service; this reflects our changing life styles: common curtesy and caring, pride are no longer mainstains of our daily life. Profit is what most Companies worry about.

And what I really wonder is why, upon recieving your items, didn't you try things on to make sure they fit?
I would suggest you contact your credit card company if thats what was used for payment and see what they could do for you.
Otherwise, when you wear a glove, keep your right hand in your pocket...
