....pics are coming shortly...and we have some dandies.....oo..and I kept one to myself, of Muskoka_guy3....for blackmail purposes
I want to thank each and everyone of you for attending and making this an awesome event.
It was our first attempt in the Muskoka Region, and I just knew we could have a good time.
We already have plans for the next one, we have our list of improvements that need to take place and welcome your input. We realize there were a few minor problems with the venue last night-but call it growing pains, or a learning experience. We will listen to each complaint and try to correct the problem if it is in our control to do so, however, message/email us privately.
Any negativity in this thread will be censored.
I would like to thank Muskoka_guy3 for all his work he put into this, he did an amazing job, considering he did not have a clue what he was doing when he started....luv you Frank.
Dynastywhite...an amazing man who helped us with all the technical stuff on here and made my life so much easier for it...**big hugs DAVE** 
MuskokaMan...thank you for all your effort on the front door with me, it certainly made the evening much more enjoyable knowing someone competent was looking after the greeting...**hugs 4 U**
To the staff at the Concret Monkey.....you guys are AWESOME....they were still smiling at the end of the night, wow....a great bunch work there. Murray, our DJ/Karoake man...thanx dude....The the cook at the CM....WOW...good food.
I have more, I am sure.........I will be back in here....lots of time...
I had a great time, and we are thinking late November for our next one....anyone else wanna party with us. | |

privalige to attend.
Muskoka - all the hard work you put into this payed off. Ab-so-lut-ly fantastic job.
NorthernMiss - I don't thing you missed a single person coming in. Thank you for
letting me take one of the Newbies around. I think she is a very happy girl today.
Pippin - as always, or most of the time, I got my hug.
Danishblu - we never got to dance  Ooh well, there's always another chance.
And thank you for the beer.
livluvlaf - oh well you know who I mean. It's against my better judgement but I will
post the pics you got of me. All of them.
Gosh so many and my brain is fried.
Rhonda - I'll be in touch by way of that little piece of paper that I have in my wallet.
My friend from across the hall. Great seeing you again. Sorry I didn't get to chat more
with you but I will keep you posted if something in here comes up.
I know there are so many more to thank to but I'm in need of a coffee really bad.

Met some new people and yeah, I must confess, that was me up there attempting to mimic Cher doin' 'If I Could Turn Back Time' ... it was my first shot at Karaoke and I wonder how it's possible that the words on the screen were ... inaccurate - lol! Perhaps it was me - yikes - either way, it was entertaining, we had a few laughs and I got my feet wet so next time I will be ... braver! Ha!

Thank you so much Frank and Judy, you too Gavin nice to meet you, for a great night and I'm glad I had the opportunity to get to know you a little better.
As for the MacTier contingent...(although none of us are actually from MacTier) spending time with all you is always a treat and can't wait to spend another fun evening together.
A toast was raised (several times actually...hehe) for those that couldn't be there...but let it be known you were thought of all night and missed too! You know who you are!!

Posted: 10/23/2007 12:53:13 AM | special thanks to frank and Judy, for hosting.... and to frank for sharing a carrot with me, where was Dave then? lol I was hesitant at going but muskoka guy3 and muskokaman talked me into it and i'm glad . It was nice being able to meet the profiles...in real life and to see some old friends. I came dressed for cheerleading, but chickened out. Maybe at the next one. H20 dosen't quite give u the same liquid courage, but i'm sticking with water and that's my story.
ps, dave.... could u not have got a better pic of me, next time give me fair warning ( i think we were discussing men, when u took that pic) lol .

and that folks, right there...... is why we organize, attend and support events....next time it might be one if us finding someone special....but we are not going to meet MR/MRs Right sitting at home watching TV, so come on out with us, what else have we got to do.
and in the meantime we can have a good time, make new friends, drink, laugh, eat, yell, dance...and just have fun
