Posted: 10/27/2007 4:46:20 AM | Its Saturday night and you have called everyone, but they are busy. You dont feel like sitting at home alone. What do you do? Where do you go??
Would love to hear from guys and girls on what they do in this situation...

Posted: 10/27/2007 7:29:44 AM | If I know I am going to have a boring saturday night, I take off for a drive in the late afternoon. I uusally go for a drive along the lake (Erie) to Point Pelee. I then come online for a while then go to bed. Unfortunately, there are no local POF events taking place during the day. However, tonight there seems to be a ton of halloween dances to attend. I'm usually attracted to the "Bordello" type women.... I think I will have a great night, tonight.

Some of our lives are too busy to take a break and smell the roses. At this time you should use it to relax and catch up on some well needed rest - or to catch up on projects that need completing! Sometimes being alone can be a good thing! | |

Or you can post out here that you want to go out and see if anyone else in the area might meet up with you and hang out because they might be home alone on a saturday night as well and looking for something to do. | |

Posted: 10/27/2007 9:48:47 AM | Well for me, it's the first Saturday I have been home in about a month!! lol So I will probably take the time to relax, do things around the house that have been neglected, maybe watch a movie or the hockey game (go leafs go), chat with friends on the phone or online! lol

Posted: 10/27/2007 10:44:19 AM | Well, I'm never so bored that I'd go to a bar to watch the Leafs play........ but if it's the Habs!!!! 
Ok, seriously, and for those who aren't ready to shoot me on sight, I'll just head out into the city and mooch about. Often head down to Chinatown (Spadina/Dundas area) and people watch. Grab a big bowl of noodles or wonton soup and enjoy the hustle bustle of city life.
I've also got a favourite restaurant on the Danforth (know the owner) and I'll head there for some nosh and a cold one. Just refuse to sit and feel sorry for myself. So if I'm not watching the tube, surfing the net or something, then just open the door and get out and about. The hardes part is the first step. | |

Posted: 9/13/2008 9:36:09 AM | Well this Saturday night,along with the whole weekend is a blah. With all the rain all across Ontario from Hurricane Ike,there isn't much too do.
This is actually a perfect weekend to just relax,and relax. For a couple of hours ,watch a good movie,and for another couple of hours listen to some tunes.
Of course,Sunday is football. Yeah! | |

So I took full advantage of it by getting into my jammies early last night
(like around 7 pm).................grabbed a cool one and some popcorn and curled up on the couch to watch some movies that no one else likes..............
Sounds corny............but I LOVED it..........................
Delta Force is not a movie everyone else likes.....................................LOL | |

Whenever I cant find anything to do on a Sat I run for an hour listening to my fav playlist and by the time I get back my head is completely clear and I can relax. Benefit to that is, in the morning you are still feeling great and those friends who may not have answered the phone well...probably not so much ;) | |
