Liking or being turned on by feet is no different than folks who like boobs, butts, legs, ect...
I think what happens alot is that people who are into feet feel this is not acceptable... so it gets repressed.. .and thats where you get guys asking you if these can suck your toes and things like That. The very fact that guys "ask" about feet evidence of this repression.
In the course of your sex/sensual play you can include every part of the body... just be naural about it
Feet can be an huge erogenous zone for some women..... I generaly "include" my GFs feet in our sex play and she loves it.... Sex should be fun an playful.. and exploring each others bodies should be fun and sensual....

As a rule, I dont' find feet attractive or sexually compelling.
However, (BIG coma), there are some women who have what I consider sexy feet, and in accordance with sex, I find foot play highly stimulating.
